Session Part 4: Scale: Build systems that spread change

Thursday, June 25, 2026
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (EDT)
Category: Working Session

Session Overview

Each session combines behavioral science teaching with practical application to participants' real initiatives. Through shared Miro boards, participants see patterns emerging across companies and learn from each other's experiences.

The Journey

  • AMPLIFY: Session 1 → "Change is happening"
  • INFLUENCE: Session 2 → "Our problems are solvable"
  • MULTIPLY: Session 3 → "Groups create progress"
  • SCALE: Session 4 → "This can spread"

Session 4: Scale: Build systems that spread change

What participants will do:

  • Map current wins, where they could spread, and who must join next on shared Scaling Map
  • Identify potential facilitators to train on shared Leader Pipeline board
  • Map where new action hubs could appear (other teams, locations, functions, external partners)

What they'll leave with:

  • Scaling pathway visible with decision-makers identified
  • Names of 2-3 potential facilitators and where their hubs could form
  • Commitment to identify and invite first facilitator trainee by specific date

Key insight: Training facilitators enables scale. When you build peer networks and activate system levers, change spreads beyond you.
