Session Overview

Each session combines behavioral science teaching with practical application to participants' real initiatives. Through shared Miro boards, participants see patterns emerging across companies and learn from each other's experiences.

The Journey

  • AMPLIFY: Session 1 → "Change is happening"
  • INFLUENCE: Session 2 → "Our problems are solvable"
  • MULTIPLY: Session 3 → "Groups create progress"
  • SCALE: Session 4 → "This can spread"

Session 2: Influence: Build capability for buy-in without authority

What participants will do:

  • Run Action Audit on stuck initiatives using shared board with 4 barrier categories (Strategy & Design, People & Engagement, Systems & Structures, Feedback & Adaptation)
  • Tag barriers with dots/icons to create a real-time "heat map" showing where most people are stuck
  • Map influence strategies on shared board organized by stakeholder type (Finance, Operations, Procurement, Leadership, Suppliers)
  • Add who needs to act, what motivates them, and how to engage them, seeing what strategies others are using

What they'll leave with:

  • Barrier diagnosis visible on shared heat map
  • Influence strategies they can borrow from peers
  • Commitment to remove one barrier this month

Key insight: Stuck initiatives are usually people problems in unsupportive systems. When we engage the right people and understand their motivations, problems become solvable.
