Each session combines behavioral science teaching with practical application to participants' real initiatives. Through shared Miro boards, participants see patterns emerging across companies and learn from each other's experiences.

Session 1: Amplify :Surface Hidden ROI and Recognize Impact Makers

What participants will do:

• Map past sustainability wins and their ripple effects on shared Impact Ripples Board (Initiative → Immediate Result → Ripple Effects → Who Made It Happen)
• Identify hidden leaders and add them to shared Hidden Leaders Gallery with their roles, what they did, why it worked, and their sphere of influence
• See patterns emerge across companies: common ripple types, leader archetypes, which functions produce hidden leaders
• Commit publicly to one story they'll amplify internally

What you'll leave with:

• Their wins visible in shared success library
• Names of 1-2 impact makers identified with their spheres of influence
• Patterns they can recognize in their own organizations

Key insight: Success is already happening, it's just invisible. When we surface wins and recognize contributors, we create momentum.

Meet your Panelist

Dr Jacqueline Kerr has been published in HBR, Kogod Sustainability Review, and is in the top 1% of most cited social scientists worldwide. She has been involved in large scale change efforts at the individual, organizational, community, and policy levels. She brings lessons learned from these experiences to support sustainability leaders when implementing change and facing resistance. Using behavior change, implementation science, and systems change strategies, she supports sustainability leaders to deliver even when resources are constrained.
