Meet your presenter

Camella Bailey's unwavering commitment to both humanity and the environment is prominently reflected in her role as the founder of the Caribbean Sustainability Management Council Limited. Her primary objective is to make a substantial contribution to the preservation of our planet, achieved through the training of individuals in customer service, leadership, and sustainability management. Camella actively conducts sustainability assessments, formulating plans for corporations to effectively mitigate their carbon footprint.

Boasting a comprehensive global background spanning two decades in service delivery, operations management, and project management, Camella brings a wealth of experience to her initiatives. She earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from the University College of the Commonwealth, Jamaica (2006), a Master of Science Degree in Management and International Business with Distinction from Birmingham City University, England (2007), and a Master of Science Degree in Renewable Energy and Environmental Modeling with Distinction from the University of Dundee, Scotland (2015). The latter institution played a pivotal role in shaping her focus on sustainability management.
