Kate Gaertner, CEO
TripleWin Advisory
Kate Gaertner is the founder and CEO of TripleWin Advisory, a corporate sustainability consultancy that helps businesses measure and manage their environmental footprints, embrace circular business models, and deliver sustainability education to their workforces. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and as a Technical Advisor to the Loopt Foundation, supporting zero-waste goals in manufacturing.
A frequent speaker and media contributor, Kate has published articles in TIME, Forbes, Fast Company, Real Leaders, GreenBiz, and more.
Kate is the author of Planting a Seed: 3 Simple Steps to Sustainable Living, a 2022 Silver Nautilus Book Award winner, and a contributing author to Bruce Nagy’s book, Proven Climate Solutions, Leading voices on how to accelerate change. She has been named one of the Global 50 Women in Sustainability by SustainabilityX Magazine. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin, an MBA from the Wharton School, and an AB from Dartmouth College. She lives in Boston with her husband and two children.
Amy Hall, Education Lead

Amy Hall serves as the Education Lead at TripleWin Advisory, a corporate sustainability consultancy that empowers businesses to measure and reduce their environmental impact, adopt circular economy practices, and build sustainability literacy across their workforce. In her role, Amy develops and delivers training programs and employee engagement competitions and fosters a culture of sustainability, with a particular focus on food loss and waste reduction.
Amy is based in Portland, Oregon. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor’s degree in design.
