Live Course: Life Cycle Assessment
ABOUT THE EVENT
In today's sustainability landscape, mastering Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) is essential for effective planning. LCAs help organizations quantify the environmental impacts of their products or services through their entire or partial life cycle, from raw material acquisition all the way to the disposal or recycling of the product.
This 8-hour hosted live course intends to prepare participants for sustainability consulting by training them in LCA. They'll learn key concepts, scope definition, baseline assessments, know-how of basic tools, inventory development, result interpretation, rationale building, and some real-life case analysis. Workshops will focus on niche model development for sector-specific insights, aligning participants with industry expectations.
Note: This live course is hosted by ISSP, but all training and materials are handled by IICSR and their presenter, Dr. Mainak Mukherjee of Stanford University's Doerr School of Sustainability. Based out of India and the USA, IICSR assists companies on ESG, CSR and sustainability project implementation, advisory, reporting and training. This course will take place on 13-14 & 20-21 July.
