Meet your presenter

Deborah (Yetunde) Fadeyi is a seasoned energy and sustainability specialist with over a decade of cross-disciplinary experience in sectors such as renewables (solar PV and green hydrogen), manufacturing and waste management, aviation and consulting. Her work spans both public and private sectors across Africa, Asia, North America and Europe. Deborah's technical expertise includes policy and sector design, corporate sustainability, energy transition, innovative finance, technology development, ESG reporting and strategy and net zero transitions.

Deborah's impactful contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including being named a 2024 Cardiff's 30u30 Environmental Activist, a 2024 Finalist for the UK Top 50 Women in Engineering, a 2023 Three Cairns Fellow, a 2022 Tech Women Fellow, and 2019 Chevening Scholar.
She currently serves as Decarbonisation lead at Thames Water.
