Nitesh Dullabh, CEO, 2POD Ventures, is a sustainability practitioner and former trade diplomat who served in the post-apartheid government of President Nelson Mandela. With over 25 years of global experience spanning South Africa, China, and the United States, he brings a unique combination of strategic foresight, systems thinking, and cross-sector leadership to complex sustainability and climate-related challenges. Nitesh holds an MBA from Henley Business School (UK), an MA in International Relations and a BA in Public Management (South Africa) and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. His professional journey reflects a steadfast commitment to building a just, resilient, and interconnected future.

As the Founder and CEO of 2POD Ventures, a sustainability advisory firm, Nitesh designs and leads innovative public-private-philanthropic partnerships (PPPs) that accelerate regenerative insetting and climate-positive outcomes across value chains. He is deeply committed to advancing supply chain resilience, stakeholder governance, and inclusive impact strategies that align economic growth with planetary health. Nitesh is also an adjunct professor at Presidio Graduate School, where he mentors future sustainability leaders in collaborative systems design, regenerative agriculture, and cross-sector partnership development.

Nikolaos Stantzos

Regional Commercial Director Asia, Pur (pur.co)

Nick is currently the Regional Commercial Director for 'Pur', an impact company focusing on the design, development and monitoring of projects dedicated to restoring ecosystems within corporate supply chains and beyond.

'Pur' works with local farmers and communities to develop long-term nature-positive projects — including agroforestry, forest conservation, marine restoration and regenerative agriculture practices.

He has been based in Asia for the last 18 years.

Before Pur, he was the General Manager of the Industrial Services Division for TUV Rheinland Asia Pacific.

There he was responsible for the B2B delivery of inspection and certification services to industrial, energy and manufacturing clients on the areas of safety, risk and asset integrity.

Carbon and sustainability related services are part of this service portfolio, a highlight of which would be TUV Rheinland's Green Hydrogen Standard, which he co-developed as a technical expert.

Nick has been active in sustainability sector since 2005 under different capacities, notably as wind project developer with E.on Renewables in the UK, policy consultant in the European Investment Bank in Luxemburg, carbon project manager with Ecosecurities in Malaysia and as investment specialist with Mitsui trading house in Japan.

He has an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from Oxford University.

Renaud Schmitt is a Senior Managing Consultant at South Pole in Paris. He specializes in corporate climate strategy, carbon footprint analysis and monetization of GHG emissions reduction projects through insetting mechanisms for the agriculture and food sectors. He brings extensive experience in the climate sector from his previous role at EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services. He also worked on the development of regenerative agriculture projects with smallholder farmers across Africa, Latin America, and Asia at Livelihoods Venture. Renaud holds dual master's degrees in International Environmental Management from MINES ParisTech and Tsinghua University, along with engineering and business degrees from Grenoble Institute of Technology.

Simon Denys is a sustainability and partnerships specialist passionate about advancing regenerative agriculture and climate resilience in the AgriFood sector. At Soil Capital, he collaborates with major companies such as Mars, Royal Canin, PepsiCo, and Boortmalt to help them meet ambitious sustainability targets and strengthen supply-chain resilience. With prior experience in impact investment, consulting, and business analysis across Europe, Simon brings a strategic and purpose-driven approach to building partnerships that create measurable environmental and social impact.
