MEET YOUR PRESENTER
Nitesh Dullabh, CEO, 2POD Ventures, is a sustainability practitioner and former trade diplomat who served in the post-apartheid government of President Nelson Mandela. With over 25 years of global experience spanning South Africa, China, and the United States, he brings a unique combination of strategic foresight, systems thinking, and cross-sector leadership to complex sustainability and climate-related challenges. Nitesh holds an MBA from Henley Business School (UK), an MA in International Relations and a BA in Public Management (South Africa) and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. His professional journey reflects a steadfast commitment to building a just, resilient, and interconnected future.
As the Founder and CEO of 2POD Ventures, a sustainability advisory firm, Nitesh designs and leads innovative public-private-philanthropic partnerships (PPPs) that accelerate regenerative insetting and climate-positive outcomes across value chains. He is deeply committed to advancing supply chain resilience, stakeholder governance, and inclusive impact strategies that align economic growth with planetary health. Nitesh is also an adjunct professor at Presidio Graduate School, where he mentors future sustainability leaders in collaborative systems design, regenerative agriculture, and cross-sector partnership development.
Nikol Ostianová
Nikol is a field-experienced strategist developing and implementing nature insetting programs across agricultural value chains focusing on smallholder farming landscapes. Well-versed in building and translating corporate business case for climate and social action. Experienced community builder working across teams, geographies and organisations. Nikol owns insetting consultancy Treevaluation, chairs the Technical Comm. at the International Platform for Insetting and is an Advisory Board Member at the Social Carbon Foundation.
Emily Scott
Emily is a Principal Consultant, leading a team within the Agriculture and Landscapes Business Unit. She is an experienced project manager and agricultural food systems sustainability professional, having previously worked for six years at Sainsbury’s, as Agriculture Technologist and then Senior Sustainability Manager. At 3Keel her clients include Waitrose/John Lewis Partnership, Sainsbury's, Asahi UK, Defra, DESNZ, WWF UK and Conservation International.
Her interests and expertise includes the development of corporate strategies for agricultural supply chain emission reduction, particularly in relation to insetting and the application of regenerative agriculture practices. She recently led the development of a report "Addressing agricultural scope 3 emissions: Best-practice principles for Within Value Chain Mitigation" for Defra and DESNZ, and regularly works with complex networks of stakeholders, including the development of farmer engagement and communication strategies. Emily lives on a farm in north-east Hampshire.
Florence Wiggins
Florence is a Consultant in 3Keel’s Agriculture and Landscapes practice area where she has worked with a range of clients from NGOs, including Conservation International and WWF, to large food companies, including Asahi. Her work involves supporting clients in the food, land and agriculture sector to implement sustainable land management solutions in supply chains, including improving engagement between downstream actors and suppliers. She has a particular interest in the intersection between agricultural production and biodiversity conservation and is passionate about transforming the food system to deliver beneficial outcomes for nature and people.
Prior to joining 3Keel, Florence was seconded to the Taskforce on Nature Related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) where she contributed to the development of disclosure metrics and guidance for the food and agriculture sector. Florence has an MSc in Biodiversity Conservation and Management at Oxford, and a BA in Geography at Cambridge. Her master’s dissertation investigated the opportunities and challenges for the transition to regenerative agriculture in the UK.
