About the event
Most US companies will be affected by European reporting requirements, whether it is through direct obligation or trickle down effect manifesting as customers requesting data from stakeholders in their value chain. In the first half of the session attendees will receive an overview of European Union (EU) Reporting Obligations with a focus on CSRD, CSDDD, and CBAM. In the second half, attendees can expect a deep dive into the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) process and will have the opportunity to practice value chain mapping and developing a stakeholder engagement plan. By the end of this workshop, attendees will leave with practical skills they can use to prepare for EU reporting obligations.

Meet your presenters
Ms. Ilievska Kremer is a continuous improvement and facilitation expert with 10 years’ experience in operational excellence and change management in multiple sectors, with a focus on ESG and the biopharmaceutical industry. She has a demonstrable ability to support and work with various kinds of groups across the value chain and creates shared ownership and mutual understanding of the work at hand. Ms. Kremer holds a B.S. degree in Environmental and Social Policy and Management from University of California Berkeley, as well as certifications in ESG, Lean Six Sigma, Kepner Tregoe Problem Solving and Decision-Making (root cause analysis), Process-and Value Stream Mapping, Change Management, and Facilitation.
As the Livable City Solutions Manager at KERAMIDA, Amber Greaney leads and supports projects that aim to create healthy environments, thriving communities, and resilient economies. She has collaborated with a diverse group of partners, including cities, universities, municipal corporations, non-profits, and private clients, to deliver solutions in climate action and resiliency planning, transit-oriented development, vehicle technology analyses, and benchmarking policies. She has led numerous technical projects, including city wide SBTi development and adoption, climate action planning strategy, community engagement, and benchmarking policies, in addition to utilizing a variety of sustainability reporting frameworks including CRP, TCFD, and GRI. She holds LEED Green Associate and ENV SP accreditations.
