ABOUT THE EVENT

This SEA Cohort is designed to help you walk through the study materials and prepare for the exam. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the field, this cohort is created to support individuals in their studies and enhance their understanding of sustainability principles.

This cohort was developed by 3R and Gina Macilwraith for ISSP with support from GBCI.

SCHEDULE

This cohort consists of 12 1-hour sessions to be held on Tuesdays from 5-6pm EST. The cohort will begin Tuesday, 8 April and conclude on Tuesday, 24 June. The sessions will not be recorded. Participants will be responsible for reading chapters and other assignments between sessions, and if they miss a session, they must catch up on their own. Sessions will take place on the following dates:

MEET YOUR PRESENTER

With over two decades of experience leading Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts in both public and private sector settings, Gina Macllwraith has deep experience as a sustainability professional. She currently applies this breadth of ESG knowledge and experience to committed businesses, corporations, and owners as Associate Director, Sustainability Assurance at 3R Sustainability.

Beginning her career at Monsanto as a senior environmental engineer, Gina became an Area Leader of ESH, overseeing a team of 14 professionals. She went on to lead the sustainability efforts for Xanterra South Rim at the Grand Canyon and then for Vail Resorts at the Grand Tetons. She served as Director of Sustainability at Ortega National Parks before serving as General Manager of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. Their most senior staff member, Gina led the mission to empower sustainability professionals across the workforce and around the globe.

Gina holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Montana Tech and an MBA in Sustainability Systems from Presidio Graduate School. She also holds the Sustainability Excellence Professional (SEP) credential. An avid trail runner and snowboarder, Gina enjoys the rural Montana mountain lifestyle with her husband, son, and Labrador retriever.

This cohort does not qualify for CEU credits.
